UV Tech Material (UVTM): High-Purity ≥99.99% ITO Sputtering Targets via Cold Isostatic Pressing
Amid the global shift toward digitalization and green energy, high-performance thin-film materials are facing increasingly demanding technical requirements. UV Tech Material LTD. (UVTM), a specialized manufacturer in the advanced materials sector, leverages a mature process system to deliver high-quality Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) sputtering targets to the global industrial market.
1. Stringent Material Specifications for Reliable Performance
ITO targets hold a critical position in modern industry due to their unique combination of high optical transparency and excellent electrical conductivity. UVTM supplies ITO targets with a purity strictly controlled at ≥99.99%. This high purity translates into lower resistivity and superior optical transmittance, fully meeting the coating standards required for high-precision electronic components. In terms of target configurations, we offer a complete range of both rotary and planar targets, fully compatible with magnetron sputtering systems. This enables our customers to achieve high material utilization and stable, long-run production.
2. Core Manufacturing Process: Cold Isostatic Pressing + High-Temperature Sintering
The microstructure of the target directly determines the quality of the deposited film. UVTM employs an integrated process of Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) + High-Temperature Sintering + Bonding:
First, uniform high pressure is applied to the ceramic powder through cold isostatic pressing equipment, fundamentally eliminating internal pores and density inconsistencies.
The material then undergoes precisely controlled high-temperature sintering in a vacuum/atmosphere furnace, where grain growth and densification occur, resulting in a finished target with high density and uniform crystallographic orientation.
Finally, a professional bonding process attaches the target to a backing plate, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance during high-power sputtering. This effectively reduces arcing and guarantees continuous production stability.
3. Serving a Diverse Global Industrial System
Our ITO targets have been widely adopted across multiple cutting-edge manufacturing sectors:
Displays & Electronics: Manufacturing of touch screens and display panels for the flat panel display and semiconductor electronics industries.
New Energy & Optics: Thin-film cell preparation in the solar photovoltaic industry, and specialty optical coatings for the precision optics sector.
Smart Buildings: Low-E glass coatings for the energy-saving and smart glass industry.
UV Tech Material LTD. (UVTM) is committed to providing more competitive thin-film sputtering material solutions for global supply chain partners through technical innovation and high-standard manufacturing.
