UVTM Chromium Target

(UVTM) is proud to introduce our premium Chromium (Cr) Sputtering Targets, designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern high-tech industries.
Chromium is highly valued for its exceptional corrosion resistance, high hardness, and superior adhesion properties. At UVTM, we ensure that our Chromium targets achieve a purity level of ≥99.99%. This ultra-high purity prevents contamination during the sputtering process, guaranteeing uniform film deposition and extending the lifespan of the coated components.
To accommodate different types of magnetron sputtering systems, UVTM manufactures both rotary targets and planar targets (please refer to the file image_014576.png for detailed product appearance). The manufacturing process utilizes cutting-edge techniques, including Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) and advanced Thermal Spraying. These forming processes guarantee high density and an ultra-fine, uniform grain structure, which leads to optimal sputtering yields.
