Niobium Oxide Target for Sputter Coating Applications
UV Tech Material LTD., established in 2003 and located in Guangzhou Huadu District, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of magnetron sputtering targets. The company supplies niobium oxide (NbOx) sputtering targets with minimum purity of 99.95%, available in both rotatable and planar configurations. Manufactured via thermal spraying, these targets feature dense and homogeneous microstructure suitable for reactive and non-reactive magnetron sputtering processes. Rotatable targets offer material utilization exceeding 70%, significantly higher than planar types, and are preferred for large-area continuous coating production lines.
Niobium oxide films deposited from these targets exhibit high refractive index, low extinction coefficient, and excellent adhesion to glass, silicon, and metal substrates. Applications include semiconductor interlayer dielectrics, touch panel and display anti-reflection coatings, lithium-ion battery anode materials, precision optical filters, low-emissivity architectural glass coatings, and superconducting device insulation layers.
All targets undergo strict inspection for density, porosity, and impurity levels. The company provides full traceability from powder to finished product, with custom sizes and bonding services available.
