Silver Sputtering Targets: 4N Purity, Rotary & Planar

Purity: the silver targets introduced here are specified at ≥99.99% (wt%), the 4N grade widely used in thin-film applications. Impurities are controlled within one part in ten thousand, which supports stable electrical performance of the deposited films. Target forms: both rotary targets and planar targets are supplied, matching different cathode designs on coaters. Buyers simply need to confirm the target type against their equipment drawings; dimensional specifications are produced to drawing.
